Kathy led the development of the first enterprise risk management examinations offered by the organization and served on the task force that created the SOA’s original CERA credential.
Kathy has been involved with the CGA Review Panel since its inception, helping to develop the CERA syllabus and serving as an external reviewer beginning in 2009. She continues to volunteer on the SOA’s examination committees in the enterprise risk management area, as well as serving as a facilitator of professionalism and ethics courses.
Kathy’s full-time career spanned 35 years, primarily at two major insurers, Prudential (U.S.) and AXA Equitable.
